So with these facts, this is an inevitability and there’s tons of news every day on the subject as tensions ratchet up. There’s no backing down or Xi will look weak. Wouldn’t be surprised if this happens before 2025 before the US has an increased presence there with the new Philippines bases being planned.
So why not get a new thread going preemptively to share these developments as they flood out every day? I mean the implications are far more serious than the Ukraine situation.
I’ll go ahead and give myself my first upvote.
