Gotta join Discord these days to get the details. They’re out-scooping TD.

The last years of my life will be interesting. Much more active than the 90s to 20tens.

Biden is on record saying that if Taiwan is invaded, we will 100% be at war. And China is on record saying that the invasion is an inevitability.

This is true. It is 100% inevitable. I think China themselves planned for 2027, but I wouldn't be surprised if they moved it up.

Of course it could just end up being another proxy war like Ukraine, arm Taiwan to the teeth and let them take the blame and loss of life in the fighting. maybe some black ops here and there to destroy Chinese infrastructure, etc.

China would not attack US assets directly even despite black ops because, well, it would be the most singularly retarded thing they can do. This country is at war with itself, the last thing you want to do is give us someone else to direct our anger at.

TLDR invest in Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and Northrop Grumman if you haven't already, or put capital aside and go all in when markets temporarily crater. You're welcome.

Attacking Taiwan is effectively attacking the US with all of our treaties.

I heard they were going to come in from Canada. Hitching rides on trains. That’s probably what’s causing all these train derailments

I guess the air balloon method of transportation didn’t pass the stealth test.

I don’t think so. Ukraine has the EU to the west that Russia cannot stop the supply routes of without triggering article 5. Logistics are everything to sustain a proxy war.

Taiwan is surrounded by water. All it takes is for China to surround the island to starve them out. This is why a China invasion would be forced to turn into a hot war immediately. A proxy war is not possible here.

The same applies to China though. They have to import 75% of their energy from the Middle East as well as 80% of their food and agricultural inputs. If we close the Strait of Malacca (1.5 miles across) and have the Aussies lock down the Timor Sea, China loses hundreds of millions of people and ceases to exist as a country within a year. They are the most geographically and demographically fricked country on the planet.

Media pressure would not allow Western countries to starve out anyone
