Professional hockey returning to Baton Rouge

Great news!
They are also developing a new condo/apartment block off Convention sort of across from the old governor’s mansion. Supposedly it’s for corporate housing. I guess the hockey team will have free housing as a perk for the players.
I had heard that they get apartments. But wasn’t sure how they’d get them all together unless a new building was built somewhere.
