How refreshing is it to have a grown up in charge of our DL coach search?

Kelly said they’d take their time finding the right person and likely wait till Spring Ball was over before announcing.
ZerOeaux would be on his 5th candidate, all publicly known, with no hire and being a distraction.

The obsession with shitting on former coaches on this board is disgusting.
Orgeron was 51-20 overall 31-17 SEC 4-1 in bowls an SEC and national title.
Nick Saban was48-16 28-12 SEC 3-2 in bowls 2 SEC titles and one national title at LSU.
Not a lot of variance there.

Jamar Cain used to babysit Joe Burrow regularly when Cain worked for Jimmy Burrow at Ohio and would film Joe's games & make highlight reels when Jimmy couldn't attend.

The dude that was DC during the 2021 season ( I forget his name ) was the 9th coach he interviewed or talked to and that is the ones we know of. It very could have been more. Dude had only been a DC at the DII level and their were ppl on here wanting Kelly to keep him.

I guess the consolation is he did recruit the players that made up the best team in LSU history and probably the best college football team ever and won a National Championship for us. So there’s that. Oh and he gave a QB nobody wanted a chance and he ended up winning a Heisman.

It’s just nice to have someone verbalize information so there isn’t loose holes and people/or media jumping to conclusions.
Whether we want to believe or not these boards are powerful and outsiders read it.
Negatigers around the program can hurt possibilities I’m certain of that.
