I’m at $3400 annually. Two new vehicles (truck and suv) and 250/500 liability, 100 UM. 1k deductible. Metairie, LA.
Is this a good price?

We pay about $180/mo in BR for 2 vehicles. They are 6 and 11 years old though. We have 100/300 I think. Probably need to up our coverage.
I'll be adding a teen driver in 3 months though

Underlying umbrella requirements and full coverage on a mid-size SUV. Just jumped from $1200 to $2000 annually for no reason other than “general rate increases” in Louisiana.

Had decent rates from USAA for years. Added teen driver (barf…) and went wayyyyyyyyy up. Progressive better deal
100/300 still the recommended standard?

Do you carry comp on this one?
Anyone else NOT carrying comp and why (if not based on old age of car).
Wondering if I should drop it

250/500 liability and UM coverage, $500 deductible, 2 vehicles, 2 drivers - premium was $2,867/yr in May 2022. Coming up for renewal and having to switch carriers b/c they a dropping my homeowners policy, so I have no idea who I'll end up with or what my premium will be this year.
