How do you keep from getting a knot or being sore AF in that spot?

so couple things on IM injections if you are having post injection site pain

warm the oil, helps with getting it to disperse in the muscle

use smaller gauge needle, yes 27g even in glutes...reason why is cuts down on scar tissue over time and it also makes you inject slower so that gives the oil time to move a little

inject before working out that bodypart helps. aka pin glutes/legs before squats

warm bath helps too along with messaging the area that night

or

if you dont get bruising, just pin 2-3x per week subq.

How long did it take for you to feel the effects of the ADex?

should be better in matter of days, but for sure within 2 weeks

for 99% of people i do not recommend an aromatase inhibitor like arimidex. only if its like your case and you are getting high E symptoms

So after coming from the clinic I was prescribed 160mg per week (.4mL 2x weekly) plus 1000iu's (500IU 2x weekly) HCG.

I haven't started anything as my wife has anxiety over it.

Fertility analysis came back above avg - trying to start a family so we want to preserve that, so hcg.

LH: was curious, my first lab came back normal, 2nd was high 5.7; 8.8

FSH: 7.13 (not tested on 2nd)

Test: 311 (original) 335; 450

Free T: not tested; 12.6pg/ml

Prolactin: 3.9ng/ml (LOW); not tested

TSH: 1.8; 3.1

Estradiol: <10; 16.1 (LOW on both)

DHEA-sulphate: not tested; 381.0

I did find a functional medicine doctor who may be able to help me leave the wellness clinic. They want to run a ton of labs. I'd rather deal with them than ochsner.

My question is what would cause low estradiol & low prolactin? I see LH could possibly be high, I wish FSH was ran the 2nd time. I get they are tied to Test so obviously the Test is low too. Free T seems normal, maybe slightly low.
