I mean, that’s just wrong.

Kind of surprised they haven’t expanded the watch south and east.

They issued our Tornado Watch here (Louisville) at around 10:30 am. Also under a Wind Advisory until later this evening.

It’s warm, humid, and now sunny here. Sigh.

I like warm weather a helluva lot better than cold but I'm just ready for it to cool off, I was gonna be damned if I was gonna turn the AC on just bc of 36 hours of highs in the mid 80s

At least they acknowledge your existence.
When the warning to Nashville expired at 1am, the storms didn't expire but kept coming. No warning no nothing to parts east. I think the folks in McMinnville might have something to say, as well as some folks in nw Georgia.

You should be very, very angry at whoever told you this.

I sure never heard of it happening before 2012, when the East Coast suffered through that storm. Now it appears to happen yearly, with increased coverage and ferocity.

Look up the term ethnocentric and then look up fool and apply them both to yourself.

I'm probably not the best guy ITT to respond but since I'm here looks like a classic QLCS spin up tornado. Likely not very big, unlikely to last very long. Velocity signature isn't anything crazy but it's there

I'm not good at this but may be a little debris showing up on CC just south of New Albany that matches with a weak velocity couplet

Prolly nothing terrible but she should take cover regardless

Eta: looking at the next few scans I really don't think that was debris but it may have contributed to them putting the warning on it
