Shooter dead
Got off easy, IMO.
There are some crimes so heinous, I’d have no problem reprising some gruesome torture methods from history…

Hate to tell you this but murder is already illegal.

Try doing your own research. It’s all over the news and socials.
I am local to nashville and local news is saying the same.

My bro-in-law has 3 kids in this school. They have been found to be ok, but one of them was missing for a while. Terrifying ordeal

In Nashville and Memphis you are wrong
Districts were re-drawn in Nashville. They have no power in Nashville anymore. And at the state legislative level, where actual laws are made, they have very very little representation at all.
That said, a political pissing contest 30 minutes after something horrible like this happening isn't appropriate

I'll never understand how someone can get so angry at someone else over something involving their own outright laziness.

That definitely has to be terrifying as a parent.

I shouldn’t even respond to someone willingly calling themselves a redneck but here is your attention

quote:This. We have moved to either throwing medication at the mentally ill that when they can't afford they stop taking and go off the deep end, or we celebrate their illness and let them have easy access to our most impressionable. I do not know what the answer is for the mental illness in our country, but what we are doing now is not working. It's beyond time to stop pointing at inanimate objects as the root cause and start actually protecting the mentally ill from themselves and others.
One can worry about both and more simultaneously.

Geez, I can’t imagine that feeling. Thoughts and prayers to them.

Damn. I’m glad they’re ok — very scary.

Here’s the other thing people aren’t thinking about.
Was this shooter a child? Bc if so, damn, that had to be incredibly difficult for a cop to have to act in that situation.
