“I’m so exhausted at these white folx in these [professional development] sessions this lady actually had the CAUdacity to say black people can be racist too,” she wrote in one post from June 2020, using a portmanteau for “Caucasian audacity.”

I am beyond sick of this attitude that black people cannot be racist. That is nothing more than cover for them to be the most racist people in any setting.
You don't need power to be racist at an individual level. Power only matters when you are trying to institutionalize your racism, a la Jim Crow.

Let that sink in. She is teaching "diversity", no she is teaching institutionalized racism and you will like it.
At all levels this has been happening, schools, corporate America, local and fed govts, she is just the end result of that racism.

In places like Nola only black people can be racist if it’s a power thing.
So either way it’s stupid. Even though the mayor is a racist.
Think if I got up on stage and just replaced some words that Latoya had used, I’m a strong white man, and it’s our time now. They are black supremacists.
