Top of the Cresent City Connection. Perp jumped off at Camp St. They caught him but there is still plenty police presence on the side streett

On a related note, the NOLA murder count is so close/consistent to last year that Vegas could set odds and over/under on it. To date it is 53 murders. Last year at the same time, it was 53 murders. Kinda spooky.
