Maybe the death penalty is too harsh but jail time seems appropriate.

It’s not.

A really good bark collar is $50. I dont understand how the owners can handle it.

They make bark deterrents quite affordable

Very true. There are dozens of stores which sell ethylene glycol.

Stick a microphone and a loud speaker along your fence where the dog barks and face the speaker towards their house and crank it up.

Yes! My neighbor’s dog barks at me when I’m in my own yard. I want to poison that stupid mutt so bad.

Shoot the owner not the dog.

I did. He said he can’t control the dog and if I ever see it out the fence to just shoot it because it’s mean and he’d rather I protect my kids than save the dog.
I didn’t have a response to that.

How do you feel about house parties past a normal bedtime?

Absolutely my favorite suggestion so far

Don’t care at all. I love music and I have no problem dealing with it.
Something about a dog bark scratches at some deep rooted evolutionary instinct in my brain and I can’t block it out or ignore it.

Again, if it's just a barking issue for you, either recommend that collar to him, or buy one and set it yourself to give to him. I guarantee you it's an instant fix.

Maybe you should try not living right on top of your neighbor like a poor

Your bedroom window is right next to your neighbors barking dog? Definitely poor man’s problem.
