Lack of a case is completely irrelevant in NY or DC.
Amy jury and judge will be frothing at the mouth to put a conviction and sentence on Trump.
Trump would likely have grounds on an appeal as his case climbs the ladder but make no mistake, he would be convicted of anything and everything.
The only thing that matters is the politics. Does it help Democrats? If Democrats believe it helps them it will happen.

Costello will likely be prosecuted for “leaking grand jury information.”
Which is funny as hell because the reason everyone is paying attention is that this DA leaked pending indictment to begin with.

So crazy, and yes, Trump will grow really strong from this; cause he would be proving himself right. What Costello said yesterday, was that Cohen admitted, that he took it upon himself to pay Stormy off, and that Trump never knew about it, that he come up with the idea on his own. That he took out a personal loan to do it, and hid it from his own wife. Costello didn’t know if he was lying, cause he told so many, but that’s a hell of a statement, and brings doubt into any campaign funding violation. Jeez, Trump may have not even had the affair….to even cover it up, as this duffus was doing his own thing…

The DA is going to get embarrassed in the Discovery Phase. Job ending/career suicide. That's why I don't see an indictment either. Trump's dream team would make mincemeat out of the DA and things would bubble to the surface in a very bad way for this politically driven farce.
