Rifle on FBI Most Wanted?

On the last two episodes of this the agents are using a short rifle that looks like it could be 9MM. I know these are not real, but I am curious what they are made to look like. When I first saw them I told my wife I wanted one.

I have a custom built AR9 that takes Glock magazines and has a 16" barrel and I love it! It is like shooting a Red Ryder BB gun and is accurate to 100 yards.

I have 3 AR9s. Aero precision makes a 9mm platform called EPC9. Takes Glock mags.
