I have 5 trees down.
<2yo Echo broke a bar on the 2nd tree.

And can a man with no chainsaw ever be a real man?

I have a battery powered one. Works perfectly the 1-2 times a year I actually use it.

Not dealing with a two stroke motor given how infrequent we use this thing.

Wouldn’t a real man use an axe and his real man strength?

You broke the bar? You shouldn’t be cutting trees down.

This. I bought mine in 2008. I have never had a problem with mine. It still starts on the third or fourth pull

They make bars and chain replacements for this very reason.

Just replace the bar and chain. Nothing lasts forever, especially Chinese and Mexican crap that you buy today.

Now if the motor is fricked, your fricked waiting for warranty service or you can got to an authorized repair facility and pay approximately more than half the cost to buy it to repair it.
