No they don't. That is the little fine print in your policy. The life ins is voided and will not pay out if you off yourself.

Depends on the policy. Some policies will pay if suicide occurs a certain number of years after purchase.

Happened with someone I know about a year ago. Wife got the proceeds.

That’s simply not true. There’s usually a 2 year elimination period, after that they pay even if suicide.

Edit to say that we have a tremendous number of insurance salesman posters. Can we get a ruling on this?

I worked for an insurance company. You are correct. Most policies pay after 2 yrs if suicide. I'm sure there are variations that refuse to pay.

Two years is correct for the suicide clause. Some have clauses that will not pay if you are participating in illegal and/or high risk activities (drugs, racing cars, skydiving, etc). That why gf wants it ruled a homicide and a ruling of foul play. Hooker Tabs has ties to ATL too, so does her boyfriend. Even Josh is from ATL. Crazy how it all ties back to where dude is from.

He lives there now, but from ATL. The company he works for is also based in ATL.

Well Andy Porter we’ve got some bad news for you. Two certified arrest affidavits, by a BRPD detective citing the arrest warrants of the two Hookers would say quite the opposite of what Nathan Millard was all about.

You should probably realize, Millard put on quite the facade and fooled a whole shitload of people, including you that he was some kind of saint and was “sober” when this giant, shitstorm of a mess went down. Under an oath of perjury, I believe the detectives statement over your unproven facts, Mr. Porter.

Well Andy: 1. A grown man one block away from his hotel with a smart phone isn’t lost. 2. He’s sober but drinks but just not around his family. K, he’s not sober. 3. Your friend Nathan was a frick up. Accept it.
