MEXICO CITY, Feb 23 (Reuters) - Three fires broke out on Thursday at different facilities in Mexico and the United States operated by state-owned Mexican oil company Pemex, leaving five missing and eight others injured as of Thursday evening.

Five people were unaccounted for after a fire at a storage facility in the state of Veracruz that had sent three others to a hospital, the company said in a statement.

Pemex confirmed in a later statement on Thursday evening that a separate fire at its Minatitlan refinery, also in Veracruz, was under control after injuring five people.

A third fire was also reported Thursday by a community alert at a unit at Pemex's Deer Park, Texas, oil refinery. It later updated with an all-clear notification.

If history is any indicator, Pemex is perfectly capable of setting their own shite on fire without any help from the Russians.

I would imagine pedo joes handlers know who is doing this, its just that they would step on some fellow democrats toes in exposing or stopping it.

They must have been late on their racketeering payment to the cartels.

PEMEX is known for not having great maintenance at all. There were times they could only operate at 30% or so efficiency due to not being able to maintain equipment. There was a big explosion several years ago, within the last 7 or 8 years where 12 were killed.

The current president ran off a lot of executives off with his cuts to PEMEX.

Also, Veracruz state, and Minititlan is not a safe area by any means. You can't rule out an intentional act in that state.

They run that Deer Park facility like a bunch of dick heads…nothing nefarious…mostly incompetence.

PEMEX has always been a dumpster fire. They are just now reporting it. Horrible company reputation.

Back in the day, invoices to Pemex for services rendered were paid so slowly that at least one Houston Bank was buying the invoices at thirty cents on the dollar.
