He would have to be an absolute dolt with zero common sense to not realize what the gun might be used for based on the situation as it’s been presented. I put myself in that position and try to be empathetic, but I mean it’s fairly obvious everything is not on the up and up in this scenario.

Miller might have been like, “dude why would you frick me over like this and leave your frick arse gat in my charger? I’m swinging by, get it out you frickstick.”
Or he could have been like, “Yo, I’ve got it I’m in my way. Make sure to use it in a murder right away. And if you’re too scared, give it to your homie so he can shoot that bitch.”

On the return trip, police allege that Miller parked his car in a manner that blocked the Jeep that Harris, her boyfriend and a cousin, who is an Alabama student, were in. Bradley also allegedly parked his car in that manner.
It was about to get even more elevated. When Miller arrived, Miles and Davis got in his car, according to testimony. It was there that Miles took the gun and then handed it to Davis, telling him, "There’s one in the head,” a reference, police testified, to a bullet being in the chamber.
With the gun in his hand, Davis walked up and “began firing through the driver’s side window of the Jeep,” AL.com reported. “He fired at least eight shots, some of them while running in an arc from the driver’s side around the back of the vehicle.”
Harris’ boyfriend used his own gun to return fire, hitting both Davis in the shoulder and Miller’s Dodge Charger twice. The boyfriend then was able to drive the Jeep away. He soon spotted a police car and, seeking help, stopped at the nearby Walk of Champions in front of Bryant-Denny Stadium.
Harris, the mother of a 5-year-old boy, was pronounced dead at the scene.

How in the world are you Bama fans even trying to rationalize this?
I guess perception is reality for you guys. College sports W's over everything else in life...

The DA has already watched it.

You are pretty embarrassing right now Reauxl
A youth drives his boys gun to him at 1:45am and a murder shootout happens
What do you think the simplest explanation is regarding whether or not that youth is a POS?

Miller's lucky to be alive, both gunshots were on his side of the car.

At 2 am and bringing it to a bar?

There are instances when a kid winds up in the wrong place at the wrong time but this ain't it. It's a no-brainer, Miller's basketball privileges should have been revoked immediately when Oats found out about his involvement.
There was a confrontation without violence and the parties went their own ways. Then Miles texted Miller to bring him his gun because he was going to show the other group who's boss, which Miller did. Subsequently Miles walks up to the car, says I told you I'm going to get you and starts shooting. It's all on video.
All they had to do was just leave it be but they didn't and Miller knew damn well what was likely going happen when he brought the gun.

You should maybe check some facts...Miles did not shoot anyone

I’m mostly focused on the evidence we know the DA has, and what they chose to do with Miller.
He dropped off Miles at the club and left.
Returned to give the gun back when Miles asked for it back.
And was in his car on a tight af street.
I mean, what would it take for the DA to charge Miller? I assume not much. They have their entire text conversation about the gun. They have video from buildings. They have Miller’s dash cam.
I find it odd that the article said nothing about Miller’s state of mind or concern for the situation. For all we know he’s furious, scared, or freaking out and just wants Miles to get his shite and frick off.
The DA has all of the information. They have chosen not to press any charges or even send it to a grand jury.
I’ll ask you, what is the LEAST amount of evidence that would compel the DA to charge Miller?

I think that we can cut the shite and just say out loud that if this guy wasn’t good at putting a ball in a hoop and winning basketball games nobody on this site donning the crimson A would be white knighting for him.

Well of course. They've already given up on Miles, who was only playing 6.5 mpg, and he didn't shoot anyone either

If it SOMEHOW did and we were all forced to dig into it, I imagine there would be some people questioning why y’all want the guy in prison while the DA has seen all the evidence and not brought any charges.

Bama program/fans being absolute pure garbage. What else is new?

If this were the case wouldn't it be more likely that Miller would have immediately driven off after dropping off the gun? Not hanging around long enough for his car to get shot at?

This article seems less sensationalized than the AL.com article.
There’s some suspect wording in the AL.com one and even further, everyone on this website is taking that wording and turning Miller into a murderer. The blocking of the jeep as an example.
I’m this article, it states Miller said he wasn’t even aware of the shooting. An EASY lie to dispel. If he brought the gun knowing what it was for and lied about even knowing about the actual shooting, he’d be charged, guys.
If it comes out that Miller was in on this shite then let him fry. But right now, I THINK the DA and everyone involved in the case is pretty comfortable with Miller being innocent of any wrongdoing, other than being an idiot perhaps.
