And really, why are these things even allowed over our US airspace? What is they are carrying a bioweapon payload, or some type of nuclear material to drop?

Obviously, the govt would see these way before they were over OUR land/airspace. Knock them out hundreds of miles before the are directly over the USA. Best case is they are just surveillance (which is bad enough), but what if they are spreading some type of virus engineered in Wuhan, or worse?

Do you think the CCP or Russia would allow these to float over from coast to coast?

Schumer explains

quote:

SEN. SCHUMER: "We got enormous intelligence information from surveilling the [Chinese] balloon as it went over the U.S." REPORTER: "Didn’t get the Chinese get enormous intelligence as well?" SEN. SCHUMER: "Well, they could've been getting it anyway."

What if people do what we do best?..

Sure they may be capable of interplanetary travel, but maybe they have no evil in their hearts.

We will steal their tech..imagine the 1st country to have advanced alein technology. China and Russia would be so pissed off.

WEAK leadership produces WEAKNESS, and causes all of us to be vulnerable.

If they can get here then we’re not going to be able to just shoot them down

It’s China or Russia testing our radar

Want to know something? Even you can launch a weather balloon with anything you want tied to it. It is just an Amazon purchase away.

Unless lead is foreign to their part of the universe and acts as sort of kryptonite to their bodies and structures.

Or an Einsten-Rosen Bridge.

The 'tic tac' UAPs travel up to 46,000 mph.

I read a CNN article saying the one shot down in Canada was 200 feet tall. Some reports make it sound like it was a little soup can floating about.

I’m pretty sure I read the same article. They were talking about the balloon shot down in the Atlantic, not the one shot down in Canada. It was just an odd pivot to the original Chinese balloon.

Probably, test our capabilities/reactions, attach chemical or biological weapons to balloons if necessary. Not out of the question.
