Anyone who melts over Will Wade is an idiot. The guy had Cam Thomas, Tari Eason, Darius Days, Trendon Watford, and a ton of other guys who will be relevant in the league and he still lost 10+ basically every year.

He literally cannot recruit better than he did at LSU and he still didn’t come remotely close to fielding a consistent deep-tourney-run program. And his recruiting “ability” basically stemmed from the fact that he was openly and shamelessly paying players as much as possible to come here and told the NCAA “come get me”, which they did. He’s not going to have the same recruiting advantages if he does return to the SEC, nor can he coach particularly well, and the NCAA is going to be jammed up his arse for the remainder of his career. Let him go to Ole Miss and watch how that turns out

I hope he gets cleared and lands another job. Obviously it will suck if it’s Ole Miss, but LSU really screwed up by not standing by him. They should have let the process play out.
