Why are EV companies laying anyone off? Seems like they should be blowing up.

6% RIF, my manager (not my working team lead, this guy was a management pawn in charge of 5 groups or so) also got laid off

One of my biggest ragerts was I knew it was coming and I didn’t show up that morning in shorts and a t shirt with my boat in tow….

I did not, however i missed the general email from the CEO that morning talking about the layoffs. Was awkward when I asked if i read it and i said no
