The white cop that initially tazed him and decided to stay with car when dude ran is the luckiest guy on the planet.

I will never understand why people like this fella don’t listen. I just don’t get it.
From some comments the officers made, he was likely high AF and wasn't processing normally.

Really no way to defend those cops. They could have easily controlled that guy. They deserve what they get.

I don't know how much weight that holds right now.

How serious has this country been at even trying though before George Floyd? How many police departments even had body cameras on their policemen before 2013 just as an example ?
Are you asking about before George Floyd or before 2013? A ton of departments were using body cams before Floyd’s death.
ETA: And why would you use “before 2013” as the barometer? Police body cameras weren’t even a thing until ~2005 when trials started in the UK. The first major trials in the US started in 2014, and by 2016 nearly half of the departments in the country had purchased them. Considering how many individual government entities we are talking about, that’s pretty damned fast implementation.

How could none of them successfully handcuff him until he was tased, sprayed, beat up, and worn down? Or even 1-2-3 of them as a team get him in cuffs? I know guys can be squirmy, strong, etc. But, it just blows my mind that these things don't end quicker, with far less violence, especially when the cops have tools to at least temporarily immobilize to get the cuffs on.
These guys weren’t just trying to handcuff him. When it doesn’t make sense, try asking a different question -
Those dudes were trying to beat him under the guise of arresting him

George Floyd gave us cops just like this and we all predicted it. What well qualified person wants to be a cop now?
We obviously aren’t going to get rid of all cops so now we just have less qualified, ghetto cops that are going to do an even worse job.

He will get charged also because he projected his white supremacy upon unsuspecting Black officers.

I wonder what would have happened if a neighbor went outside and started blasting his AR at these dumbass cops to get it to stop. Would they be the hero of the day or would they be facing murder charges.

This country went from perhaps have serious reform to defund the police. Cities everywhere are dealing with scaled back police departments and increased crime. Simple fact is we don’t incentivize good people to be cops and the people who are cops are more interested in protecting their own than doing the right thing.

Ever deal with someone on certain drugs?

Unless this dude just got done from perpetrating a mass shooting spree, I have no idea how one can condone that murderous shite
And the head of the police department basically said they don't have any evidence showing that the traffic stop was even warranted (which doesn't absolutely mean it wasn't warranted at all, but it also doesn't look good after you've beaten a guy to death after stopping him).

Took him 10 minutes to catch his breath then find his glasses

I'd ask you to read the thread. Plenty of "well he shoulda complied" bullshite for you to see if you'd care to read.
The overwhelming majority say this is terrible. Clinging to few bad apples to keep the outrage machine going is everything that is wrong with this country. You're more than happy to keep playing the part though.

Not sure if he’s the one who runs up with the baton and hits him repeatedly, but he was eager to get him some.

Have you read what cops put in their reports? Lying to absolve themselves of wrongdoing or trying to get convictions is CONSTANTLY at the forefront of their minds.
