Saw that yesterday and was blown away at how this ignorant, progressive, liar is given the soapbox to say whatever she wants, knowing by all producing that show that what she says is an outright lie. She literally said Obama changed the law and he allowed VP's to declassify... Her spin is a fabricated lie.
Problem for Whoopi is that Creepy Joe has documents from his time in the Senate...that fact cannot be spun in ANY way other than it being a felony.

Not constitutionally or by any act of Congress that I am aware. In fact it is certainly not derived Constitutionally.
Only be Executive Order of Obama in 2009, which I would say is pretty dubious at best. And it only applies to documents "their office" originally classified.
