No in an arrest warrant is bad because it's a summary and extremely biased on one sided.
SO we're bac to the investigator lied and created quotes that aren't true? That should be pretty easy to prove.

So does that mean being intoxicated is no longer an issue with consent?
Again, you can be drunk and consent. You have to be incapable of understanding the act or in a stupor.

How do you not understand and keep going back to "just standing in the middle of the road" when the uber driver hit her and how that doesn't qualify you for any level of stupor you are seeking.

No one said the investigator lied. An interview will be potentially hours long and boiled down to two sentences. The full report will have a lot more context and detail. With selective editing and creative use of words a cop can make an arrest warrant say almost anything. That's why they do a lot more than just what's on the arrest report to actually investigate the crimes for evidence to present a trial

quote:And if they tried to bring her to 3 different places and only let her out because she asked? They can’t exactly keep her against her will once she wants to get out. The dumped on the side of the road narrative seems to be the one that is fading fastest. It’s also the least relevant to anything. It doesn’t look like they will be charged with anything connected to her death.
they still dropped her off on the side of the road, very late at night, in the freezing cold. Zero regard for life or the safety of a lone female.

He is also the one who said she was drunk, drunk. I mean drunk. People keep attributing that to Washington (who is clearly a rapist) but it was the uncle who said it.
No. The uncle's last name is Lee. In the affidavit, it is Mr. Washington who is quoted as saying she was "drunk, drunk".

Only if it's actually on video. Right now, it seems we only have the driver saying this about himself. Or did I miss something?
Right now you have:
—Haley, a defense lawyer
—Saying this is what the driver will say
—That she said.
It’s double or triple hearsay with the declarant deceased.
(Note: although it is hearsay, the driver could testify to it in a case against him or even against the others.)

I guess bad evidence is an industry term.
Unless those statements magically go away, these guys are fricked.

So today we are going with “she wasn’t that drunk while she was just pounding random drinks from different tables”
And “they didn’t video the sexual acts in the car but have videos of everything else in the car before and after the sexual acts”
And now Angel has upped the ante to “she wanted to frick them all”
And Nak video is a bombshell because “she wasn’t being kept in car against her will”. Uhh…she still needed to get home
Just making sure I am up to date

Exactly. It’s like a grand jury. Someone once said that a halfway decent prosecutor could get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.

“She wanted all of them to fk her tho. When”
All for spirited discussed… unless this can be provided in video to the admins… I think it is past time to remove this poster….

Yes, evidently her ability to speakk and walk out of the car means she had the ability to consent to frick in her state of condition after these 4 guys are knowingly bringing home a drunk 19 year old from a bar at 2 am.

A lot of people aren’t going to understand BAC all that well. It’s a medical test. What they see on video on video will be stronger evidence to alot of people
Especially when the defense will get “experts” to show BAC isn’t always telling etc etc

We are also at:
Anything that hurts the defense in the interview is ok. Anything that hurts the prosecution in an interview needs to also have video.
She didn't know anyone in Reggies and had to ride with them and only them but she worked at Reggies and everyone knew her there so Reggies needs to be shut down.

An affidavit is slightly more compelling than the words of the defense lawyer

Yeah the video of her talking and interacting is going to be 100x what the BAC would prove.
If the prosecution only has the BAC, it's going to open up an angle for the defense.
If the video shows her coherent and clearly communicating and understanding what's going on, then the BAC is going to be closer to irrelevant than damning

The defense lawyers are terrible.

Both should be taken with grains of salt

Sigh, the words of the accused are more compelling. Is that better for you?
