I bet a lot of people are going to pipe down about the 10 second video showing Madi run across the street now that we know the details of Washington’s previous rape.

I don’t know the races of the victims in LP. The students at DS have been knowing that Washington was a total POS bc of the rap song he made about Remy but didn’t know about him raping this little girl until she spoke up on FB.

my guess is the attorneys are together now but carver and lee are going to break off and cooperate
they will say the 17yr old was in the wrong but he said she gave him her version of consent, when he was done and washington went in and had sex with madi that will be first degree and washington takes the hard fall. Carver and Lee get lesser charges as accessories, the 17yr old gets the 3rd degree rape charge based on the BAC and washington gets the 1st degree hammer for going in afterwards and taking his turn.

now can she give consent at .319 is for the courts to decide

It’s been well established that people think Washington is an evil POS. I don’t doubt for one sec that he raped Madi that night.

The girl was 12. As for high school students, they didn’t like Washington bc of the rap song but students were not aware that he raped the 12 yo.
He wasn’t arrested so no one would know unless he told others. Even the little girl waited over a yr to tell her mom.
