No it’s not. It’s a weak fricking statement that blames Reggie’s and says nothing about the rapists/murderers.
He basically considers them all victims of Reggie’s.
Reggie’s certainly has blame, but the the actual perpetrators are responsible.
Also, he still never really addressed the Allison Rice murder and has never called out any Baton Rouge law enforcement officials or politicians, even as weakly as he just called out a fricking bar.
He’s a joke. It’s indefensible.

The white guy said he didn`t think the girl was sober enough to consent to the sex. Sounds like the NAACP is getting involved because the white guy is pretty much telling authorities that he thinks the 2 black boys raped the girl.
