Now that is intereting. It was a shiithole 40 years ago, then Japs started buying up the cheap property and moved in. The area was neat and streets void of any litter by 1991. I wonder what happened since I moved back to LA from the L.A. area?

2010 census stats (so it's probably quite a bit different now) says the area is 60+% Asian (47.7% Chinese, 5.8% Japanese, 4.4% Vietnamese, 1.9% Filipino, 1.3% Korean, 0.9% Thai, 0.8% Cambodian, 0.4% Burmese, 0.4% Indonesian, 0.3% Indian)
