You mean a line coach with no real experience outside of semi pro football jumping straight to the NFL?

Its an assistant line coaching job, not the damn defensive coordinator.

I agree it's nothing major, but even getting your foot in the door for a NFL team is a huge deal because it's such a good old boys club, once you're in, you're in.
