We know what we have with JD, let’s see what Nuss or Howard can do with 4 quarters

JD is what is he is at this point - an elite runner and below average passer. He’s started over 40 games and still can’t make pre snap reads, go through progressions, or throws receivers open. Can he win you some games? Sure, look at the Florida game. Can he win you a championship - probably not in this day and age of college football. I don’t want to hear all of the “He got us to the SEC championship game” nonsense. LSU won the Auburn and Arkansas games in spite of JD. To the people that say JD WAS our entire offense this year - that’s what happens when your QB doesn’t throw the ball down the field to any of his receivers and tucks and runs - he accounts for a lot of empty stats and is the majority of the offense. Our passing game looked completely re-energized with Nuss throwing the ball against Georgia. I can live with 1NT a game if it means you’re throwing for 4 TD’s and 300 yards. We know what we have with JD - a conservative running QB. We don’t 100% know what we have with Nuss and WH, why not give one of them 4 quarters to see what happens?
