Animal control is about useless. A rottie attacked one of our dogs and those useless fricks came out and knocked on their door and then left because no one answered. Cops and animal control are about as worthless as pits and rotties.

You deserve arse cancer for that comment.

Shoot the fricking dog. Take it to the pound. But don’t put indiscriminate poison out that will kill any random animal that ingests it. It’s an incredibly awful way to die for the animal. I’m all for getting rid of an aggressive dog, but not Like that. Poisoning should be the absolute last resort for nuisance animals.

Great job in saving your neighbor. There aren't enough good neighbors anymore and thankfully you were there or the result would of probably been a lot different.

A couple of bullets in it's chest would of done the trick.

WGAF. He knows who it belonged to. Glad he took care of the situation.

Support. I was on a run last week, and this route takes me through a public park. Well some dipshit had his dog off leash and sure enough once he saw me he came right for me. Snipped at my foot almost causing me to trip, I turned around and kicked it right in the jaw. Luckily it was just a regular medium sized mutt, and not a nasty pit. So tired of worthless owners having their dogs off leash.

Unleashed pit bulls should be shot on sight. They should be outlawed and a bounty put on them.

I’d like to agree, but what is one to do if a shithead owner doesn’t control their large, dangerous dog and you’re in a residential neighborhood?

We’ve got one in mine that needs to be put down. Animal control has done nothing. Like OP, this is a situation that will eventually result in a family pet being mauled or a human being injured. Can’t shoot it in the street. Animal control won’t do anything.

But a greenie loaded with a special treat thrown in their backyard might.

I'm pretty sure if you fire one shot no one will know where it came from.

Might be a tough call on eliminating the pit or letting him work if it was this turd arse old lady across the street who’s always tattling on everyone to the HOA for nonsense

Who said I would just put it out for any animal to ingest?

Thank you for your service.

My only hope is that you made it suffer as you beat it to death with a blunt object instead of taking the easy road with a bullet. God’s work is messy, but someone has to do it.
