I can’t happen to think after two straight 3 and outs on defense, the momentum shifting our way with the ball hoping to take the lead, and Jayden fumbles for an Aggie TD.

If we go down and score there, I firmly believe our confidence would’ve kept building and we win the game, A&M folding.

Obviously with a win and a win vs Georgia, we would’ve been in the playoff with a real chance to win another National Championship.

So “What if” Jayden never fumbled or just handed it off?? Any others come to mind from years past with LSU??

If your dad was gay we wouldn't have to keep talking about Jayden vs A&M.

1. Nick doesn't leave for Miami
2. OK St. doesn't lose / Bama doesn't get mulligan
3. Bo Rein plane doesn't crash
4. Devin White doesn't get called for targeting against Miss State week before Bama
5. Pat Peterson interception called correctly

The most obvious thing I can think of is "What if" Oklahoma State doesn't lose to Iowa State in 2011. That game could have changed the entire trajectory of college football for the next decade.

If the refs don't screw LSU at Auburn in 2006 LSU wins the national championship.

What if the defense doesn't have 19 missed tackles against A&M. Probably would have made a difference

ETA: that’s the actual number too. Not being sarcastic

If the refs wouldn’t have blown the PP7 interception in 2009. Or if someone could’ve tackled TJ Yeldon on the screen play in 2012.

Oklahoma State makes BCS Championship game in 2011 and LSU gets off the field vs Bama in 2012 for that win and we got back 2 back Nattys and Les has the dynasty underway instead of Nick!

I love these but on the positive side since I don’t like thinking about the negative if’s.

What if:

Pitt doesn’t beat WVU?
Marcus Spears Doesn’t intercept J White?
Joe doesn’t rush for 1st against Ala?
Byrd doesn’t make catch Vs AU?
R Davey doesn’t get hurt in 2001?
We didn’t get to a bowl game this year and BK doesn’t get 14 extra practices to find out which underclassmen are ready to contribute next year?

It’s better to be an LSU fan than any other fan. Take your positive ifs AND your negative ifs and the former is way better than the latter.

No problem. Tigers kick a FG and win anyway.

What if Casanova had intercepted Theisman's pass.

What if Cannon had scored on the two point conversion.

What if Drake Davis kept his hands to himself?

What if Ryan Perriloux hated casinos?

What if Vadal Alexander doesn’t commit a personal foul penalty against Bama in 2014?

What if Les Miles just opened up the offense a little more than he did after 2011?

6. Cecil Collins stays out of trouble
7. LSU hired Steve Spurrier instead of Mike Archer
