He’s said he’s talked to coaches around the league and they rave about the spread and strength of Jayden. Also comments on his ability to pass from the pocket. It amazes me that everyone outside of our fanbase is blown away by Jayden.
We damn near swept the entire SEC west with this guy. Can’t believe how the rant has turned on him.

I rewatched the AnM game. Jayden def had a bad fumble but he fought his butt off. He marched us right down the field on his hurt ankle. Still found Jeray in the corner to try and keep us alive.

The Aggie did a great job of playing ball control and converting 3rd and short. Pretty much what we usually do.

Also John Emery was running like a man possessed.
Kirby respects how hard our runningbacks play

I think we have a real shot to play ball control and keep it close and then win it in the fourth.

According to some on our board they will say Kirby is mental and an idiot.

He is timid with his arm and lacks the confidence to pull the trigger down the field or between the hash marks.

That is who JD is, and it will always limit his potential going forward. He lacks the mindset required to get himself to the next level as a QB. He’s too scared of throwing an INT.

Still a fantastic athlete and smart QB that can win games for us. But his self-imposed limitations will always be a crutch as long as he is here.

Gd dude you are obsessed. Wtf do you think he is going to say? "We realize JD doesn't throw it down field open and when he does, he isn't inaccurate". I mean my god dude. The fact that Kirby said he is impressed with his pocket passing should tell you everything you need to know about Kirby. Anyone with a brain knows that if JD does not release the football within a second or two that bad things happen. He has been getting all day to throw but cannot read a d or see open recievers for shite. If it isn't predetermined that he is passing a short quick pass, then we are usually screwed and that's a fact. I don't know who you are, if you are related, friends, or just a massive crush on JD...but he isn't what you think or say he is.

Jayden is a special athletic talent and is on the cusp of greatness. He is always a threat on the run and can make it look effortless, and he makes some good throws. His problems are field vision and, as a result of that, holding onto the ball too long. He has certainly made progress (with occasional regression) over the season. If he can progress a bit more for next season, he’s a legit Heisman contender. If he beats out Walker.

That’s what all coaches do. Got to respect your opponent. Kirby isn’t going to say “hey we’re going to drop 7 in a zone and spy Daniels like Arky and A&M.” That would send the wrong message to the GA players.

What do you expect Kirby to say about a opponent?

He doesnt throw the ball into single coverage unless they are wide open. Its frustrating to see him go out and throw for 300 yards throwing out a few toss ups and allowing our WRs to make plays, and then a few games later just won't throw the ball until the guy is WIDE OPEN.

If you haven’t noticed, many of our fans are idiots and will only be happy if burrow comes back to play.

352 posts and you had to show your ignorance.
Give me an example of a Coach telling how they truly feels about their next opponent. We could be 0-12 and Kirby would find something positive to say about our team.

The last 2 road games I’ve witnessed Arkansas and A&M fans talk good things about Daniels and our own fans argue with them and say that he’s trash. Each time I’ve said to myself that we have some dumb fricking fans.

It's to have a record like Jayden has. He walks on campus. He plays on a new team and staff. He wins 9 games. His last win should be a bowl game. Who thought he would be QB1 with 10 win season. Not me for sure.

What do you honestly expect him to say? “Jayden is an awful passer who only throws comeback routes to the sidelines, I sure hope he’s LSU’s starter next year.”

Were you expecting something different from Kirby? “Their QB sucks. He can barely complete a pass 20 yards down the field.” We’re gonna run the ball down their throats with ease.”

We would be 4-8 without JD5.....I promise you, GA is nervous about playing LSU with JD5!

JD just can't make himself throw a receiver open. He has to wait until the receiver is wide open and that is why the pass patterns are 40 hitches a game. That is why our receivers either fall down or are immediately tackled because they literally never catch the ball on the move....like bama and others do. We have talented receivers but our passing coordinator will not allow them to run slants or even go patterns because JD simple is so inaccurate in his throwing. Long passes he throws OOB...the receivers have no chance at all. He doesn't want to throw int 10 or give his receivers a chance on 50/50 balls. While he is a talented runner, he is lacking so much, even after much patience, in reading the field and throwing catchable passes other than simple hitch patterns under yards. He is probably the best overall qb we have, but I would be he is the worst thrower we have also.
