We need a QB which means we need an offensive minded head coach to develop him.

the biggest issue we've had the last 2 seasons is injuries
in my opinion.
I'm not trying to defend Allen because I don't think he's demanding enough but we've gotten the shite end of the stick with injuries.
I'm pissed because we "interviewed" 2 candidates that we were never going to hire in the first place. Brian Flores and Eric Bieniemy. Just a show for the league and the media.
I wouldn't want Flores on as our coach anyway. You kidding? Yeah, let's hire a guy that right or wrong has pissed off "the league"

We should have pulled the trigger on Doug Pederson last year. Locker room culture would be much better at least.

Wouldn’t mind Reich if he was younger. He too old for a rebuild. Don’t want a defensive head coach. If you find a great OC, they leave immediately and have to be replaced.
