It’s ok, they lift weights 3 times a week so they aren’t truly obese.

Weird, go to the Mountains of Colorado and they're mainly fit.

Bring back fat shaming.

I play a game at WalMart to test this theroy:
It’s called “Who’s Hotter Than My Wife”
It’s really in response to a conversation we were having about how unhealthy people are- especially people who shop at Wal Mart. It is very alarming.
So far, a middle aged mom who eats right, generally takes care of herself, exercises daily- but not to an extreme, and is naturally pretty is undefeated.
Like no challengers.

It’s 100% about diet.
Exercise makes a small portion of what you can do. It’s a good supplement, but diet is by far the factor.
Calories taken in can’t exceed calories burned or calories required to maintain your current body weight
Not many people who work out burn enough calories to make a difference with their weight unless you’re an athlete working out at a high intensity. It’s good for you though.
The people in Colorado whom are fit exercise and are active, yes, but they also tend to watch what they eat more than people in the south.
They aren’t eating as many high calorie fried foods and other things full of butter like we do in the south.

Thinking about quitting my job and taking on clients. $75 a month and you can look like PappaSwolio.
Tired of soy infused fatties walking the streets

That's going to lead to a lot of dysfunctional sex.

I assume the issue is high calorie drinks like coke. It’s not easy to consistently eat enough calories to get morbidly obese if you just stick to meats and vegetables.

That's because they don't cycle in traffic. True story, read it here.

Fat people make me want to leave the south. You can’t go anywhere without seeing rolls on rolls of fat, male titties, and stomach in leggings. It’s disgusting
