There was a thread the past few days that talks about how close all of A&M’s losses have been.

WTF? They lost by 17 and 18 to Florida and Mississippi State.

I’ve never been so happy to be wrong about anything in my entire life as I am about being wrong about Brian Kelly. I live for these press conference videos now. This guy is Tier 1 program builder, immeasurably professional and a great leader of men. So professional. It’s amazing how much in 12 months I have completely changed my opinion on the outlook of this program, mostly due to this man.

LSU was in nearly a identical situation last year when we played the Ags. I do think that LSU team is better than this Aggie team though.

At the very least we have a better coaching staff this year than they had last year.

Yes. What I meant is last year’s LSU team is better than this year’s Aggie team.

Are there any clips of his runs? What games did he have Carrie’s in?

He was in at the end of the UAB game (garbage time, admittedly). He had 5 carries for 28 yards according to the box score. He looked pretty good running in my view.

win against LSU would give them some momentum headed into the offseason

That’s debatable

Close losses to 6-5 App St and 5-6 Auburn aren't something to be overly excited about

A&M has played maybe 2 games all year that they actually felt good about after it was over. The loss to Bama when Bama had the backup QB turnover machine playing, and the win over Arky when the NFL goal posts blocked the potential Arky winning FG. Everything else has basically sucked for large portions of the games, even the eventual one score losses against SCAR and OM

LSU's head football coach is an outstanding football coach.

I liked the way he responded regarding Aggies' player trash talking (pissing on LSU's breakfast) ... "if he were playing for us he would be suspended".

The reason good teams get upset by inferior teams is because they have the same superior arrogant attitude that you have. CBK tries to infuse respect into his team’s regard for their opponents to avoid an ambush. He has the best active record in coaching and his kids are never surprised by the quality of their opponent.

A&M is on the verge of putting it together as well as
we are. If we play like we did at ARK we will probably lose. This is A&M's statement game and save Jimbo's job game. Tigers need to stay focused especially STeams.

The 90 million dollar buyout is all that's saving jimbos job
