I was there - TV spotter for Tigervision. The late great John Ferguson on PxP and Doug Moreau doing color. I was a junior at LSU. Good times.

First game in Tiger Stadium. It cemented my fanhood seeing that lunatic asylum that night.

Was a 9 year old kid at that game. Loved it
I was there at 8. The first game I can really remember going to. I asked my Dad what they were throwing. My Aunt and Uncle took me to the Orange Bowl that season.

I was there sitting with my sister in the southwest corner about 2/3 the way up. Yes it was everything everyone says it was. The oranges, the fog, the general atmosphere. It felt like "one of those nights" those of us who've been going all our lives know about.
The fog began spilling over the top of the east side and flowing down the stands like a slow motion waterfall. It was then I learned the meaning of the word surreal.
The fog flowed down to the field and began filling the bowl from the East side and quickly visibility reduced to next to zero. And the oranges were flying and then bouncing on the turf while LSU was administering a satisfying arse-whipping to the seminholes. Yes it was a surreal scene never to be forgotten.

Alan Risher to Ethan Martin and the oranges rained down on the field.
LSU/USC and this game were the two games that made this Marylander a Tiger forever.

Need to pour one out tonight for the OGs that took us to games in our early years. Not too many of them still around.
Every fisherman remembers the day that they almost filled the boat with fish. Some have gone broke trying to have another day like it.
That game made a lot of Tigers.

Was listening to that game at my stepdads house in North Baton Rouge. So excited I couldn’t sleep that night.

Was at that game-After the game driving back to Grenada MS I was pulled over by a trooper for a busted tail light....he was so happy he let me go with a rather friendly warning!

I listened to that game on WWL all the way up here in VA BEACH, VA as a 13 yo Tigah. Great memories.
