He knows he will not win.

He enjoys the attention.

He believes the things he says.

He knows he will siphon votes from the GOP base.

He's punishing establishment Republicans.

Good enough for me. They are in power and do nothing positive for the GOP with their power.

Inwardly, I've suspected he was running to make some $$. I hope not but it has crossed my mind.

The dude loves America and was the most consequential President we have had in recent memory.

It’s a shame how far we have fallen in just a couple of years.

Kudos to him for trying to right the ship.

Trump is as imperfect as either you or I and I believe that’s what people like about him.

I know you are SEC, but that's the definition of unsolicited.

This x100

He is also going to accept all donations with hidden print saying he can do whatever he wants with the money.

I've been called dumb by people far more intelligent than you.

Don't you have some chicken houses to walk?

Should have stayed in your brain because it makes no sense.

You say he knows he won’t win. You say he believes what he says. He says he will win.

Does not compute.

Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is the definition of insanity.

This isn't 2015 anymore.

I believe he knows he would not win "NOW".

He knows he really won in 2020 and the same swing states still ballot stuff, etc.

He knows Washington including Republicans are corrupt.

He feels slighted by establishment just like in 2016.

Maybe Black Swan event happens like Covid kicking in and killing 50% of Dems.

Yes, Trump has big ego but so does Pelosi, Shumer, Biden, Harris, Newsom, etc. And yes, even DeSantis. Trump just had the ability to sell his name and put it on everything.

No matter what, New Mexico, California and Arizona just voted to have OPEN Borders. Dems control Big Cities. We are just a Liberal Country now. I live in Florida though.

I was one of the first on the Trump Train in 15. Voted for him in 16 and 20.

Won't vote for him again because he's motherfricking 76 years old. And he was a horrible judge of Cabinet and SCOTUS (ACB) nominations.

Yes and no.

Some of those things were said in previous primaries as well. But he was never a serious candidate.

Then he won a primary, but still wasn't a serious candidate.

Then he won a Presidency, but wasn't a serious president.

Now he is officially a candidate again. He's definitely considered a serious threat. But this time both sides fear him.

Again. I think he knows he can't win, but he was shite on by establishment Republicans and has decided to take his "Maga ball" and go home. It will kill the GOP and he knows it.

The GOP re-electing McConnell is damn near comical. He scored a homerun on SCOTUS, ironically by betting on Trump.

His time has long past. Time to step aside.
