We worry too much about the feelings of criminals.

Do you think Steve Bannon's sentence is appropriate?

Did he get the max?

If not, no.

Nice try!

I hate ALL criminals. They should be exterminated.

Would that arouse you?

Again, we cannot discuss realistic solutions if we just assume-away six decades of jurisprudence.

Well those six decades arent working worth a shite. Maybe some new methods need to be used.

Letting the bastards out isnt working.

You miss the point.

WANTING to change legal precent is all well and good, but you cannot dispose of the parole system until you have a plan to ACTUALLY reverse the legal precedents regarding prison overcrowding … unless you want to spend hundreds of billions of dollars to avoiding overcrowding.

Not some random purple-hair in California. Show us just ONE poster here who has said ANYTHING supportive of parolees committing violent crimes. Just one.

Don't know enough to judge.

in LA, a crime that he was convicted on would have him serve 85% of the sentence. Don't know how similar NC is.

And you cannot solve a prison capacity problem by assuming that you can ignore six decades of Constitutional jurisprudence on prison overcrowding.

He served 3 years, 8 months and could have served 5 years, 5 months.

Is this this passing contest where the rubes declare how tough they are on crime while screaming about the FBI and DOJ?

I personally do not give a shite about the personal rights of violent criminals. They forfeited their personal rights when they took away someone else's, IMO.
