Pick it up like you said you would be the man in the disagreement. After you do so tell him as a result of him acting like child you are done with him and if he steps foot on your property ever again he will wish he hadn’t.

Two things: I don’t leave somewhere that my neighbors are like this and I established dominance a long time ago and none would even consider acting this way towards me even if they had a moment of bad judgement and acted like trailer trash

My guess is this isn’t the first time your dog has ever shite in his yard. I have a neighbor down the street that lets his tiny dog shite in my yard all the time. I don’t mind the dog but the owner is a truly lazy POS for not picking it up every time. No excuse not to do it right then

I leave my house with two poopie bags when I walk my dog in case he is a double pooper. He has never been a triple pooper, but if he ever does go three times on a walk, I will load up on three poopie bags thereafter.
