Any Katy - West Houstonians know of a good honest mechanic?

Preferably one who is familiar with fixing the common lifter failure on the GM 5.3s.

This was the 2000's but I use to go to Rick's in Old Katy for anything because I knew a few old Katy locals that would use them.

Not Katy, but River Oaks Automotive is great. Not cheap, and not the fastest. But great mechanics that will get the job done right. The only shop that I trust, and for good reason.

Used to be Happy Honda. They focus on imports. Guess Honda had a problem with their name.
