What’s Going To Happen
The LSU defense is the best Tennessee has had to face so far, and it’s going to show.

Hooker and the Vol offense will get things rolling to make this a back-and-forth fight, but Daniels and the LSU attack will keep up.

There haven’t been too many deep shots from Daniels so far – that’s about to change.

The Tiger offense will run well enough to take some of the pressure off, and the defense will come up with the one second half stop the Vols won’t.

LSU 34, Tennessee 30
Line: Tennessee -3, o/u: 64
ATS Confidence out of 5: 1.5
Tennessee vs LSU Must See Rating (out of 5): 4.5

This game is really gonna come down to JD. If he can pass the ball efficiently, we should win. He is gonna have to trust himself and his receivers and gunsling a bit. I would also like to see a simpler offensive game plan, especially early. Him and the receivers need to get in rhythm and Denbrock hasn't done a good job of that so far. D will show up and play well, they just can't hold TN and Hooker down for 60 min.

I mean I have a hard time seeing us score 34. Going to have to get a couple turnovers to put us in really good position

You don’t understand how bad Tennessee is on defense & you’re only considering our last offensive performance against Auburn. We will be much better than last week.

I’d love to see bech slide over to tight end so when JD needs a check down it’s to a weapon that can make things happen… I like Taylor but he is young!!

Agree. We'll need another scoop and score and special teams TD that actually gets to count this time.

We had 23 and 31 vs FSU and MSU and the offense basically only played one half

It's possible

State’s defense is better than Tennessee’s and we scored 31 in that game…

To give you an idea about their defense:

Florida:

29 vs Utah (451 total yards)
16 vs Kentucky (279 total yards)
31 vs USF (329 total yards)
33 vs Tenn (nearly 600 total yards)

They gave their rating as a 5/5 for the A&M/Bama game, even through they predict a 3 TD win by Bama.

His hamstring injury was bad. He's out for several more weeks.
