To give you an idea about their defense:
Florida:
29 vs Utah (451 total yards)
16 vs Kentucky (279 total yards)
31 vs USF (329 total yards)
33 vs Tenn (nearly 600 total yards)
Tennessee made Anthony Richardson look like an all SEC QB

You don’t understand how bad Tennessee is on defense & you’re only considering our last offensive performance against Auburn. We will be much better than last week
yeah, i think everyone is seeing that #8 by Tenn and all of a sudden they're this shut down D, coupled with our last game AT AUBURN or many of these guys first road game ever.
i'm not claiming we're going to come out scoring 30+ but miss st is around top 40 in total D and scoring D, and tenn is near 100 in total D and top 30 in scoring D. what does all of this mean? shite, i don't know, but i don't think Tenn is going to blank us or make it more difficult than at auburn.

There haven’t been too many deep shots from Daniels so far – that’s about to change.

If we score 34 offensive points; denbrock will get the game ball.

Well, imma wear my lucky under shirt which has a perfect win loss record (since 2019) so ya we gonna win, nuf said
I have a pair of boxer briefs that have a crawfish print on them that I wore for every game in 2019. They're worn out and are barely holding together but I kept them. I'm gonna wear them Saturday.

LSU's first play should be a play action deep pass to Boutte on a post route.

fwiw we put up 4 offensive touchdowns against a Mississippi State defense which is statistically much better than Tennessee this season (37th vs 95th overall). I don't expect LSU to run away with it, and I do fear a UT win. But JD and the boys deserve more credit at home and especially against poor defenses.

How accurate has CFN prediction been?
The same guy that does all the game predictions also does his top 10 bets against the spread every week. Going into last week he was 33-17-1 with those picks which is outstanding against the spread.

Lord knows Boutte is due to show up

Pete Fiutak, the guy who wrote that, is a dumbass. He picked Tennessee to win in his "expert picks".

The line is only +3. Sure wish this game was in the evening!

I’d love to see bech slide over to tight end so when JD needs a check down it’s to a weapon that can make things happen
This 1000% needs to happen, even if they mix things up with he and Taylor. Bech is a dawg with the ball. I believe it was. The Mississippi State game that he caught several across the middle that were needed badly at that time. Tenn is horrible at tackling on the back-end, therefore, our playmakers MUST get the ball in space and make the big plays.

The Tiger offense will run well enough to take some of the pressure off, and the defense will come up with the one second half stop the Vols won’t.
LSU 34, Tennessee 30
