Earlier….one guy got around the barrier on the pier, walked about halfway to the end, climbed over the railing, and dove into the water letting the surge carry him back to shore.

When I was a kid I almost drowned in a rip current on a nice sunny day at the beach. There's gotta be some deadly ones out there right now, do these ppl not know or care?
