Lady on Culotta Show said reputable person told her that FBI thinks BR has a serial killer

It is real short on the topic but they were talking about all the crazy stuff that happens on Government St because that’s where their building is. The lady Katie, who her and her husband pays for the show said somebody reputable told her that the FBI thinks Allison Rice might be a victim of a serial killer who is targeting people alone in their vehicle. Allison is the only person that was killed in her car here locally. I know the Jordy Culotta Show has a partnership with WAFB and maybe that’s where she was told that?

Hasn't there already been a witness that the BRPD failed to even follow up with saying it was 2 black males in hoodies?

Everyone on here insists it wasn’t a gang initiation or a serial killer. I tend to agree just based on the fact that Baton Rouge has a major thug piece of shite problem but the fact of the matter is that nobody knows for sure. Who are we, outside of law enforcement who has more info, to rule it out?

Guy in Darrow was found shot to death in his car a few days ago. It was in a neighborhood though. And it’s Darrow. So probably thug shite again.

Serial killer and gang initiation are both made up bullshite to freak out gullible people. It was a random act of violence. Which isn’t any better but let’s be real here.

I don’t understand why either of “gang initiation” or “serial killer” would put the murder outside the scope of BR’s major thug piece of shite problem.
If anything, all three probably apply to some degree or another. If anything about LA’s criminal justice system bears on this case, the shooters have definitely killed or attempted to do so before.
One thing is certain, almost beyond all doubt: whomever committed the crime has a violent criminal record and served less than their initial sentence called for.
I’d bet $1,000 that this perp has been in front of a black judge at the 19th JDC before.
