Ego 650cfm or the new Ego 765cfm.

Even the smaller blowers are good but the 5ah battery is worth the price jump alone, and you can get a 765 packaged with two batteries.

Best for your dollar? No clue.

But I bought the Ego 650 mentioned above 2 years ago and zero regrets.

I have Dewalt tools, but didnt want to run through my batteries with yard equipment. I wanted a seperate brand, for whatever reason. Its worked great.

Use a kobalt one at work a lot and it works really well, I think it is 40v or something like that. Lasts a good while before it runs down.
If I was going to buy one I’d take a look at those.

A sthl should last longer than 6 years. Mines going on 15 same carb. Non-Ethonal only

Bring it in and service it. It still has PLENTY of life

I have both ego and a Dewalt and like them both but the burst power on the ego is better than anything Dewalt has

I have 40v Kobalt blowers also, they work great. The string trimmers, not so much.

I have the Ego 615 and it's more than enough for me. It came with a 2.5ah battery.

I'm not sure about the best but the Makita stuff works great.
I married the Makita 18V many moons ago "Drills, Impacts & Lights. The outdoor products use two 18V = 36V. I have the following:
Mower
Blower
Chain Saw
Multi Power Head w/the following attachments: line trimmer, stick edger, extended pole saw, hedge trimmer.

I've had them for several years....Excellent! Makita offers several products w/multiple batteries (4 at purchase). I have 14 5amp hr batteries at this point. I haven't freaked with a carb or gas can since and don't miss it. I'm used to commercial equipment so the small push mower makes you cover a lot of ground. I knew this would be an issue so I created some hard scape to shrink the grass area to avoid cardiac arrest in the Florida summer.

I agree. I have a Redmax one that has to be from 03/04. Only things I’ve changed were fuel pick up filter, plugs and air filter once.

Plus that turbo button! Thing got some juice. I'm actually going to try the push mower version once my gas dies.

Battery powered blowers are king. Light weight. No maintenance. Plenty of power. Can use inside and out, or even cars.

I got a kobalt that i like a lot. if i had a criticism, i decided to get other electric stuff kobalt brand to be able to swap batteries. 2 of the 4 batteries have died now. I would guess a battery will last about 2 years before they have to be replaced. but i don't know if that's average for all electric blower batteries or not.

but my kobalt is strong as hell in terms of mph or whatever the metric is.

Whichever one uses the same batteries as your other power equipment.
