With a Special Master, the DOJ/FBI/Biden Hoax is indefinitely stalled (updated)

Judge Cannon not only allowed the appointment of the special master, but she also raised the argument that Trump potentially has executive privilege to those documents.
If that is the case, the entire DOJ team and case will have to be thrown out.
So what happens next? The DOJ's imminent move is an appeal to the 11th circuit. The circuit is made up of 11 judges.
3 Obama appointees
1 Clinton
6 Trump
1 Bush
If they grant the appeal then I believe Trump's team takes it to the Supreme Court. We all know the makeup of that court.
To say the least, this thing isn't going the way the DOJ and Biden administration thought it would.
9/8 update: The DOJ has filed a motion to appeal to the 11th circuit, as expected. This allows them to place a formal appeal in the future. Hilarious seeing the Trump legal team take them to town.

I think they knew the possibilities & have something else up their sleeves. There is no way they didn’t think this through. It’s going too well for Trump. I know their end goal is to get rid of Trump, but what are they planning with this to meet their goal? I just don’t see how they didn’t think this might backfire.
