My gym clothes smell bad - Vuori problem?

Fellas I’m not a smelly person but recently all my work out clothes smell awful. Anyone have any issues with Vuori clothes smelling bad? Hell now that I’ve washed them with my other clothes, those smell bad too. Any recommendations for good shirts I’m all ears.

I’ve had good luck adding 20 Mule Team Borax to washer .

If you don’t use an in-wash scent booster try that.
I use a liquid scent booster and the arm & hammer scent boost pellet things because i use to have the same problem, and those help me big time. I’ve been wearing the same gym clothes for 2-3 years now no problems.
But if you are sweating when working out, i think smelling will always be a possibility. Right?

Are you taking anything new? Supplements or pre workout or medicine?

Add something to your laundry detergent like oxi-clean

Are you washing or at least rinsing them of sweat quickly after working out? I left some riding shorts and a tank top in the washer overnight before I ran it and it smelled horrible. Took two washes to get it out. It smelled fine when I was putting them all in the dryer but the next time I put them on there was a little smell.

I just have an issue with my workout clothes and sweat towel smelling like ammonia. I use Tide and the unstoppables scent booster shite to no avail.

It’s my wife’s department but I see her use oxy clean and it works well. We have a sanitize cycle on our machine so it takes like 1:30 to wash my workout clothes.

Distilled vinegar will kill the bacteria causing the odor in moisture wicking fabrics. Soak in sink with water for an hour or so before washing.

post workout i do soak my clothes in water with some cleaner in the sink then ring out so it doesn’t sit in my laundry bag

Add a scoop of oxi clean into your cycle. Problem solved.

Nope. I pretty much wear Vuori exclusively when not in work clothes, never had an issue with odor

Yeah it did the same to me. Got all the strato tech tees, 4 or 5 strato polos, 4 meta pants, a ton of Kore and Ponto shorts, 3 joggers, etc etc
Their shite is phenomenal

I use a vinegar-based detergent (9 Elements from Kroger) and that will usually knock out any kind of odors and I don't need to soak it. Also works good with my sensitive skin (I usually have to use the Free and Clear type stuff).
Also, I always wash my workout and gardening clothes separately from my regular clothes to avoid any potential odor crossover.
If they're really stinky (not very often), I'll soak them in water with about 1/4 cup of white distilled vinegar before washing. That can do it too.

After I workout I go straight to the shower w my clothes on. Rinse, undress then hang them up in the shower, next day put them in the hamper. My clothes haven’t smelled in years

Just leave them outside in the sun for a few days. the sun will kill ANYTHING!
