UF was just as bad as us last year and they instantly improved with no week zero game. I think we just whiffed on the coaching hire. Sorry but that’s what it looks like to me right now. We are no better at offense or defense, and special teams regressed. Plus the personal fouls, ejection, celebration injury, Boutte attitude is inexcusable. This is shades of Curley Hallman. Maybe the national media was right about Kelly not being a good fit here

Did UF play their bowl game with 39 players and a WR at QB?

One game in to both coach's tenures and you're making declarations like this. Jesus man.

Did Florida only have 39 scholarship players left on the team???

The talent level left at Florida was much higher than here. Napier also inherited AR who is much more talented than any qb on LSUs roster.

One game doesn’t define a season; nor a career.
Give it a rest.

Horrible comparison. Their game looked eerily similar to ours. Utah should have won that game multiple times over and FSU is probably more athletic than Utah.

Way to overreact

Florida’s roster wasn’t in shambles the way LSU’s was when the season ended

Oh and they have a freak at QB that can take over the gMe at any moment

But yeah whatever you say

Everyone needs to calm down. O left us in a mess. Kelly is a good hire though I disagree on keeping JD in the game. He left to many receivers open.

That’s kinds of dumb to compare one team to another. The player dynamics are different between the two schools. LSU had 38 scholarship payers at seasons end last year. UF maintained nearly their entire team.

1 game sample size, you can put a bunch of stock into that. Good luck.

What were you saying about Saban when he lost to ULM or whoever it was in his 1st season at Bama?

Florida is lucky to be in the East. Georgia will kill them, and any SEC team with a physical front will move the ball on them. Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas A&M, and the Seminoles could all beat them. If the Florida QB gets hurt, they are in big trouble.

You have been such a huge pussy. Fla played a West coast team at home and won on a terrible pass by Utah QB. I bet BK wished he had a projected 1st round QB on the roster when he got here. And frick you on trying to blame Mason for injuring himself doing something you see players around the country doing hundreds of times on a college football weekend.

They have what may be an elite qb.

We have a more athletic Brandon Harris.

They were playing a team (at home) that was melting in the Florida heat and humidity.

We were playing a team in an Air Conditioned venue that had 30,000 of their fans in attendance.

Their opponent was ranked, but mainly because they play in a shite conference with no worthy opposition.

Fl St. has been garbage, but still has athletes.
The FSU qb was impressive under duress.

We lost our best defender early. That hurt.

They barely won.

LSU barely lost.

In short, frick off with your narrative.
