We also play a Mike Leach DEFENSE. We got this, we can shoot it out with anybody if we have the mindset (Kelly’s job)

However, the undisciplined personal foul calls, the obvious targeting, the bad body language by a star wide receiver.

We've heard a lot about accountability in the offseason, but it was obvious that FSU played a lot harder than we did last night. They seemed to want it more. Their backs ran hard. Our guys didn't tackle. It's about effort. They had it. We didn't for most of the game.

Lets face it.. If you were watching the same game I was, We have no offensive line blocking. Quarterback is not fast on his feet or at making decisions, we have poor running backs, what happened to Beck?, Our blocking sucks. The play calling is poor. The kicking needs work. The center should be strong enough to reach the qb on snaps. Can anyone explain to our players that you dont lead with your helmet, and you dont swing at the opposing team players.. Let me see, I think thats a start..

The befuddled look on BK’s face in the first half concerned me.

It’s a total rebuild. We have a bunch of transfers mixed with some malcontents from the Orgeron regime. Not sure how some of you didn’t see this coming.

Nah, but everyone should be disappointed. No discipline last night, the last thing I expected.

Players obviously have not bought in 100%

And some of them will never buy in. They are Orgeron players, and structure and discipline are not things they are used to. It’s gonna get worse before it gets better.

I expected more discipline. I don't think that's unfair.

Tbh, this year is easily the best defense Leach has ever had.

Y’all mark this thread. We aren’t on the bottom and won’t finish there. Not even close.

Technically we are. The SEC is 14-1 this season

In their defense they are practicing against our O line so they probably look like world beaters in camp.

The media falls for it every time tho you are correct

Generally agree but I have to add the D-Line play as well. FSU was supposedly playing with a patch up O-line unit and our D-line was hyped up as being one of the best in the SEC if not the whole country. And they got whooped.

The DL was finne. Minus a reverse and the QB scrambles FSU ran for 81 yards on 28 carries (2.9 ypc). They got good pressure on Travis, but he was able to either scramble for yards, move in the pocket and find an open receiver or the DBs/LBs blew coverage and left a receiver uncovered.

Bottom of the SEC after one loss? LSU fans are so alarmist. It was ugly as hell, but ya’all wanted to start Brennan over Burrow too.
