Look, I’m a realist. I knew we were going to make mistakes and not look like a well oiled machine. However, the undisciplined personal foul calls, the obvious targeting, the bad body language by a star wide receiver. These are the things I thought Kelly was going to clean up.
We need to regroup and come together as a team. We have the whole SEC schedule to fight, claw, scratch our ways to a winning season, but we need to pick each other up.

I was impressed with Brian Thomas consoling Nabors after it looked like we were going to lose for sure. Looks like Thomas has matured tons. Then guess what—- a miracle fumble happens on their end and we still had a chance to win that football game.

Whether the spoiled LSU fans want to admit it or not, we have been reset to the mid tier of the SEC (late 90s/early 2000) and now we have to get back to the mountain top. No one is gonna feel sorry for LSU. We have beat the brakes off people in our recent glory years and all teams are looking for blood. So let’s take the gloves off and do the same. (Within the rules of course haha)

What? We haven’t even lost an SEC game yet and you think we are at the bottom already? Douch

Generally agree but I have to add the D-Line play as well. FSU was supposedly playing with a patch up O-line unit and our D-line was hyped up as being one of the best in the SEC if not the whole country. And they got whooped.

Changing the culture doesn't happen overnight. Remember UAB? Booty audibled a play that didn't exist. The team had the brook trout look.

Top SEC teams don’t lose to UCLA, Florida State, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, etc.

Y’all mark this thread. We aren’t on the bottom and won’t finish there. Not even close.

Hell, clean up the kicking game alone and we win by 7+. Their defense was gassed on the last series, we HAD them if BK had balls and went for two. How many times did we score inside the 4? Heck, we scored three times one series and only got six points. We’ve GOT a two point plan…use it motherfricker. We will win at least 4 SEC games

What bothers me the most is I knew kicking was a bad idea and we should have gone for two, with the momentum in our favor.

I didn't watch the kick. Still haven't seen it. Special teams had played so poorly.

bullshite. The LBs were bad and the Safeties were at times, but they only ended up with 132 yards rushing and most of it was gained on the outside. The DL got pressure and held the middle fine, especially considering they were down 2 guys at the end of the game.

I know everyone is pissed off and there are valid reasons to be, but stop making shite up that doesn’t exist.

Yes. Stupid unsportsmanlike conduct penalties, atrocious fundamental mistakes with fielding punts and FGs/extra points, no creativity on offense whatsoever, our team taking an hour to get plays off with time ticking away in the game and just no sense of overall urgency. It was just really bad. Huge improvements are needed going forward.

We play Mike Leach in a couple weeks... that wide open crossing route and the short flats are going to eat us alive...

The dline gets hyped up every fricking year and they constantly turn out to be pedestrian. So frustrating
