Yea, I’m pretty sure this is under the $40B that was approved to be spent. We just hear about it again, as they are actually spending it. We didn’t just load up 2 ships and send them $40B at once

why don't they just send over artillery and rounds to match the Russian output? they keep sending small arms and the wonder weapon of the month. nothing significant to gain back territory or launch any serious offense. Ukrainian troop dispositions is basically in trenches getting their shite rocked with constant artillery strikes. there is probably a reason why we aren't sending large amounts of battery and ammunition, we just don't have that many m777 howitzers and 155 rounds in stockpile.

A lot of foreign aid goes to NGOs who decide where, what and how much to spend on whatever.
It wouldn't surprise me one bit if they use a hefty amount to buy fuel from Russia in order to keep US/Ukraine military equipment running.
This $3 Billion just went as an arms package. So the MIC gets their money and the politicians get their kickbacks from them.
I don't blame the politicians for taking the kickbacks. Inflation is a bitch right now. How are they supposed to pay for their vacations on a congressional salary?
